Help and feedback
Email help@beatpete.co.uk for questions, bug reports, feature ideas or anything that doesn't look right. If it's about a game, please tell us which one and what you saw (a screenshot helps), and the device and browser you were using.
If you're logged in, the Help chat answers many questions straight away and can pass a message on to us.
Another player
To report a player for bad behaviour, open their profile and choose Report. You can also Block them from the same menu.
Your account and data
You can change your details, hide yourself from the leaderboards or delete your account and everything linked to it yourself, from your profile under Settings. If you can't log in, email us from the address on your account. See the privacy policy for the details.
Report a security problem
If you think you've found a security issue, please email help@beatpete.co.uk with the subject Security report and as much detail as you can. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before you share it publicly, and don't access other people's data. Our security.txt has the same information in the standard format.
