By using beatpete.co.uk ("Beat Pete", "we", "us") you agree to these terms. Please read them.

The service

Beat Pete provides free-to-play browser games. You can play as a guest, or create a free account to save scores, appear on leaderboards and play friends. We don't charge for access and nothing on the site can be exchanged for cash or prizes.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything done through your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Give us accurate details when you register, and don't impersonate anyone else.

Acceptable use

Play fair. Don't cheat, use bots or automated tools to play on your behalf, abuse other players, run more than one account to gain an advantage (for example to gain leaderboard places), attempt to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, and remove their scores or results.

Your content

Anything you add to your profile (display name, profile photo, social links) must be appropriate and must not infringe anyone else's rights. We can remove content that breaks these terms.

Availability

We do our best to keep Beat Pete running, but it's provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features, games and the ladder line-up may change over time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Beat Pete is provided without warranties of any kind, and we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
