200m Swim
Two hundred metres: four lengths of a 50 metre pool. Alternate the left and right pads for each stroke and keep an eye on your air, as in the 50. What is new is the wall. Every 50 metres the race stops for a flip turn and a bar sweeps across the screen: tap PUSH OFF with the marker in the green and you shoot away at full speed. You cannot sprint four lengths, so pace yourself, breathe well and nail your turns. Beat each of the ten characters up the ladder, all the way to Pete.
Phones and tablets only. Keys are far quicker than thumbs, so Track & Field is played on touch screens to keep every record fair.
- Alternate left and right for each stroke, and BREATHE before your air runs out
- At every wall tap PUSH OFF with the marker in the green
- Four lengths to the chequered finish: pace yourself
